Manners, In a recent New York Times piece, reporters James Risen and Laura Poitras describe the agency’s long-term goal as “being able to collect virtually everything available in the digital world.” Or as one of the NSA’s programs, Treasure Map, puts it: “any device, anywhere, all the time.” Doesn’t this strike you as overreach of a major sort?
