As Jon Stewart mentioned on the "Daily Show" on Tuesday, the decision to time the president's appearance on the "Colbert Report" to air before the Senate's CIA torture report was released may not be purely coincidental.Monday night, “Colbert Report” viewers may have received a bit of a shock to see a rather familiar face hosting the show instead of Stephen Colbert. And while Barack Obama did make quite a splash on the show, as Jon Stewart mentioned on the “Daily Show” on Tuesday, the decision to time the president’s appearance before the Senate’s CIA torture report was released may not be purely coincidental.
