As the chair of the Democratic convention, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says she intends to remain neutral throughout the primary process, but toward the end of this clip she seems to rebuke Hillary Clinton.

The first woman speaker of the House has done a pretty good job of biting her tongue. She is rumored to favor Barack Obama, though the basis for that speculation is shaky at best.

After handling a few political questions, Pelosi says she thinks a dream ticket is impossible, and she blames the Clinton campaign.
