A government probe of Israel's 2006 war in Lebanon has not only found that the war was a blunder but revealed "serious failings" in the political and military leadership of the country. Tens of thousands of Palestinians flooded from a blockaded Gaza into Egypt on Wednesday after militants blew a gap in the border wall.
