Ronald Davis is a Chicago resident who has been homeless for about a year and a half. In a heartbreaking interview filmed on the street, he talks about what it’s like to be one of the millions of Americans in his situation.

Kim Clark, one of the people involved in the making of the video below, is an Emmy-nominated documentary producer, director and anti-poverty activist. He teaches in the College of Communication at DePaul University in Chicago and hosts a PBS series on poverty and other social issues called “Big Questions.”
