First, we have Rep. Dave Camp of Michigan in an exchange with President Barack Obama about how to deal with health insurance for people with pre-existing conditions; included in the discussion was the proposal (in “the Boehner bill”) to allow the less healthy to buy into a “high-risk pool.” (All video footage is from YouTube.)
