Fidel Castro is making a comeback.
Cuba’s aging revolutionary leader surfaced Saturday, addressing the communist country’s parliament for the first time in four years.
The 83-year-old — whose failing health and absence from public life during has raised questions about whether he was still alive — sported his signature gray beard and donned olive green military fatigues as he spoke to cheering legislators at the National Assembly.
It was his seventh appearance since July 7 — after virtually disappearing since 2006.
