Florida Fail:

The election is officially over, but try telling that to the Sunshine State. With President Obama up by 50,000 votes — but 200,000 more to be counted — Florida is still trying to decide which candidate won there. It doesn’t really matter now since Obama won without its electoral votes. (Read more)

“Team Rape” Defeated: The big losers of the election? The group of Republicans who made idiotic comments regarding pregnancy, rape and abortion during their congressional campaigns (dubbed “Team Rape” by Jezebel). Among those we (thankfully) won’t be seeing in Congress anytime soon: Todd Akin, Richard Mourdock, Joe Walsh, Linda McMahon and Tom Smith. Video of the Day: Thanks to “Daily Show” host Jon Stewart, we now have an idea of what “legitimate rape” really is (at least, “electorally speaking”). Hint: It has something to do with what Claire McCaskill did to Todd Akin in the Missouri Senate race Tuesday night.

Bonus Video of the Day: Comedy Central’s “Key & Peele” duo of Barack Obama and his “Anger Translator” Luther celebrate the president’s re-election. Check out the latest installment of this recurring skit below.
