The Idaho senator who was arrested on charges of committing a lewd act in a Minnesota airport apologizes for the scandal but emphatically denies that he is gay: "Let me be clear: I am not gay. Last week, George W. Bush invited nine conservative pundits to the White House for what amounted to a pep talk, with the president providing all the pep.
