After two months and 261 rounds of bidding, the FCC announced Tuesday that it has raised a total of $19.6 billion from the sale of the U.S. wireless spectrum. A former U.S. intelligence officer involved in the execution of Ernesto "Che" Guevara has decided to auction a lock of the icon's hair for a minimum of $100,000.
