Danny Postel is a contributing editor at New Lines. He is the assistant director of the Center for International & Area Studies at Northwestern University.

Nader Hashemi is a visiting scholar at University of Cambridge (Wolfson College and Center for Islamic Studies), an associate professor at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies, University of Denver and the director of the Center for Middle East Studies.
