Stampede at German Music Festival Kills 19

Nineteen people were killed in a crowd panic at a free German dance music festival. Officials have launched an investigation into the deaths, which reportedly occurred after authorities repeatedly were warned about overcrowding. About 1.4 million people attended the event in Duisburg.
