Although Nation-Z is run under the guise of a democracy, to implement their long-term plans, it’s rulers need complete control of the citizens. To help achieve this, they run propaganda, or “public service announcements” like this, in an attempt to program the public to live in fear of terrorism and acquiesce to the freedom-robbing security measures imposed on them.
