Yes, that’s right, Joaquin Guzman Loera—known as El Chapo to most—is only slightly less influential than the head of the U.S. House of Representatives, falling at No. 67 on the list.
And while Boehner has been responsible for harming the lives of many U.S. residents, the drug dealer was a far more dangerous man, having reportedly killed more Americans than Osama bin Laden.
