"Saturday Night Live" alumna Tina Fey returned once again to fulfill her comedic duty on the Sept. 27 episode of NBC's comedy show, spoofing Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's one-on-one interview with CBS anchor Katie Couric earlier in the week.
