Articles have been written claiming that Bernie Sanders and Larry David are pretty much the same person, so it was really only a matter of time until the comedian played the politician. And it turns out that David did such a good job with his Sanders impersonation on “Saturday Night Live” that he may have scored a gig on the campaign trail.

Sanders said he liked David’s bit so much he may want to “use Larry at our next rally. He does better than I do.”
