At a Bernie Sanders rally in Atlanta on Monday, Killer Mike gave a rousing speech welcoming Sanders to the city. Before giving Sanders a ringing endorsement, the rapper and activist said he had no desire to return to the Reagan years or have America elect its own Margaret Thatcher.

“Make sure that wherever you go, you take the name, the ideas, the philosophies and the ideology of Bernie Sanders, and you make sure when you leave they are on fire, because they have ‘felt the Bern,’ ” he said.
