“Last Week Tonight” host John Oliver begins with a primer on sexual harassment in the workplace three decades ago and today, then invites special guest Anita Hill, who testified before Congress in 1991 regarding Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas’ harassment of her, to talk about her personal experience in battling the issue.

The comedian admits to his own shortcomings and inaction when it comes to the issue and asks Hill for advice. He also questions whether we can hope true change is on its way in the #MeToo era.
