In our us-versus-them culture, every political campaign is a battle to define who exactly the "us" and "them" are. There have been 20 debates between the Democratic candidates, three featuring only Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, and if this final confrontation had any game-changing potential, the opportunity has come and passed.
