Former FEMA director Michael "Heckuva Job" Brown told an aide he was "sitting in the chair, putting mousse in my hair" as he waited for a media interview immediately after the Aug. 29 disaster began. The bill, which requires approval by the full Senate, clears the way for 11 million illegal aliens to seek U.S. citizenship, and will allow some 1.5 million workers to seek temporary jobs legally.
