Theodore Hamm is the founding editor of The Brooklyn Rail and the author of "The New Blue Media: How Michael Moore, MoveOn.org and Jon Stewart and Company Are Transforming Progressive Politics" (2008) and "Pieces of a Decade" (2010). Hamm has contributed to Columbia Journalism Review, New York Daily News, Gotham Gazette and Jacobin and has been a member of the Brooklyn Literary Council, steering committee for the Brooklyn Book Festival since 2005.Theodore Hamm is now an Associate Professor and Chair of
