With Donald Trump’s continuing spat with Fox News’ “It Girl” anchor Megyn Kelly—culminating in the Republican presidential candidate’s refusal to participate in Thursday’s GOP debate unless Kelly was removed as one of the moderators and Fox News stopped making fun of him—the host of “The Kelly File” has found herself at the center of a storm of praise both for standing up to the New York billionaire and for being “the brightest star at Fox News,” as Vanity Fair’s February cover profile declares.
