In awarding us the prize, the judges described Truthdig as having “good content,” adding that it was “well organized and easy to explore with a good layout.”
This marks the third time in four years that Truthdig has won the award, and we’re deeply grateful to be recognized among Southern California’s best.
In addition to the website award, Truthdig also garnered two second-place finishes, one for our Ear to the Ground blog in the Group Blog category and one for Bill Blum’s column, “The Future of Gun Control in the Aftermath of Sandy Hook,” in the Political Commentary category.
