Breaking a barrier for the legal pot industry, this ad for Marijuana Doctors.com “appeared on Fox, CNN, ESPN, Comedy Central, AMC, and Discovery,” The Verge reports.

Comcast agreed to air the ad in the same time slot ghetto as alcohol commercials, which is to say late at night when only adults are likely watching.

The CEO of the site said in a press release, “We recognize that the sale and use of marijuana is still considered very controversial and we are pleased that Comcast understands that there are legitimate businesses providing legitimate and legal services to people who have legitimate needs.”
