This Columbus Day May Be Over, but Why Isn’t the Ridiculous Holiday Defunct?

Seattle has the right idea by changing the nature of the holiday to celebrate indigenous people and “honor the first Americans” instead of the explorer. The rest of America needs to follow its example. Oh, and raise the minimum wage to $15 per hour like the Washington city did.
