During the talk, Moore suggests that America was founded as a Christian nation and he strongly suggests that American law, particularly the First Amendment, protects Christians.
This should not be a shocking legal analysis coming from the man who was removed from office (he was since re-elected) for refusing to remove a statue of the Ten Commandments from public property.
