A certain governor of a big state that is famously not to be messed with, for example, may still enter the fray.

Yes, it’s Texas Gov. Rick Perry, who has some significant conservative Christian backing to add oomph to a possible presidential run. But can he make Mitt Romney (or President Obama, for that matter) sweat at this stage? His people are apparently looking to find that out right about now. –KA
