Last week, we recognized Occupy Wall Street protester Jesse LaGreca, who responded to the provocative questions of a Fox News reporter with such clarity and fortitude in support of the movement that his message gained viral attention. Honorable mentions included The Raging Grannies, a group of activist women who proved that the Occupy Wall Street movement speaks for nearly all people in the United States, no matter their age, religion, race, sexual orientation or political party, and political commentator Keith Olbermann, who read aloud a formal statement released by Occupy Wall Street protesters listing their collective grievances and demands.
