The Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation of Northern California paid a “substantial” amount of money to air a one-minute version of this ad in seven major American cities during the NBA Finals. It is compelling, persuasive and powerful.

The goal is to put the blatant racism of the Washington Redskins football team front and center in the minds of fans who might prefer not to think about the subject.

A one-minute version aired in “Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Sacramento, San Francisco and Washington, D.C.,” according to ABC News.
