His campaign released this ad, based on a 2002 speech.
Kucinich is running against fellow Democratic Rep. Marcy Kaptur. The two found themselves gerrymandered by Ohio Republicans into a single district. There are differences between the candidates, sufficient enough that former Republican presidential candidate Bob Dole endorsed Kaptur. — PZS
