After bringing his “Countdown” to Current TV from MSNBC last June, host Keith Olbermann couldn’t make it work with the network Al Gore built. On Friday, Current released a statement making it clear that the parting of the ways between the two sides wasn’t exactly friendly — and that it already has a high-profile replacement: former New York Gov.
