Junior Murdoch Splits for the Big Apple
Londoners will get the chance to say bon voyage to James Murdoch as he flees his embattled role as chairman of the crisis-ridden News International to oversee News Corp.’s television operations from a Manhattan office.
As The Guardian reports, with James Murdoch’s resignation, News International will become the only newspaper arm within Rupert Mudoch’s media empire to report directly to a man who does not bear the Murdoch name. –ARK
