Despite countless speeches by Democratic leaders denouncing the evils of money in politics, their party sure knows how to raise and spend boatloads of campaign dollars. “And then of course there are … the emails,” a horror-stricken Jon Stewart says on Monday night’s “Democalypse” segment of “The Daily Show.” Stewart then proceeds to pull up actual emails sent by the Democratic National Committee, Rep. Nancy Pelosi and none other than President Barack Obama himself.

Anyone who’s ever accidentally (or even knowingly) subscribed to anything remotely related to the Democratic Party can surely sympathize with the comedian’s disgust at the shameless, relentless pleading on behalf of these politicians, but take heart! Stewart has turned the irritating inbox monsoon into something hilarious to look forward to next time you check your email.
