Joe Scarborough Belittles Female Co-Host for Trying to Talk About Actual News
Mika Brzezinski calls out her colleague and MSNBC panel for "capitalizing on a non-story for ratings because people's imaginations are pricked by this and that is not responsible." This leads them to talk down, belittle and show a complete disregard for who she is and what she says.
Mika Brzezinski, co-host of MSNBC’s morning talk show program, gets belittled and talked down to for calling out Joe Scarborough on his endless useless conspiracy rants over Malaysian Airlines Flight 370. When she begins by explaining there is no story on which to elaborate, Scarborough and his panel just talk over her saying things such as “Jesus Christ” and “You need to just stop and relax.” She continues and further explains that “it is actually capitalizing on a non-story for the sake of ratings because people’s imaginations are pricked by this and that is not responsible.” All the while Scarborough proceeds to interrupt her with “shhh” and more. Brzezinski is no ardent media critic, but it’s refreshing to see when she has her moments. Watch below.
