The lawsuit accuses Florida-based 1st Source Information Specialists Inc. and its directors, Kenneth W. Gorman and Steven Schwartz, of using fraud to persuade telephone companies to release phone calling lists, said Melissa Merz, a spokeswoman for Madigan. | story
