Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein thanks supporters after it was announced this week that she is the first-ever member of the party to qualify for federal matching funds.

Voters in 22 states pushed the party over the minimum donation level of $5,000. The Federal Election Commission requires that amount in at least 20 states to earn equivalent funding from the government.
