Did NBC Dump Ann Coulter?
NBC has been taking heat for scheduling a book-pushing session with Ann Coulter, but according to the author, her “Today” show appearances have been canceled. Drudge adds that “insiders” at the Peacock say the network has banned ol’ skin and bones for good, though that seems too good to be true.
From Huffpo’s update below, it seems like Coulter got bumped and made a federal case about it.
Coulter was a guest on the Fox News show “Hannity and Colmes” tonight, where she harshly criticized NBC for canceling her planned appearance on the “Today” show. The controversial author accused the network of orchestrating a “set up to block me from other TV shows.”
Coulter was reportedly offered a spot on Wednesday’s show but she shrugged off the offer: “I think I’ll accept and then cancel at the last minute.”
The nation’s top selling conservative author has been banned from appearing on NBC, insiders tell the DRUDGE REPORT.
“We are just not going to have her on any more, it’s over,” a top network source explains.
