The Republican National Committee has a little image problem to account for after the Daily Caller reported Monday that RNC funds were used to pay for a $1,946 tab in early February at the Los Angeles nightclub Voyeur, where naughty shows of partial nakedness happen for patrons' viewing pleasure.
