Rep. Jack Kingston: If you’re a pimp, and you have 10 women working for you, and you don’t file 10 W-2 forms, you’re in violation of the law. The idea behind this is: here’s one more way to nail a pimp

Bakkedahl: Now you said you?re against raising taxes, but you?re in favor of this pimp tax…Instead of a tax on pimps, why not a rebate on hoes?

Rep. Jack Kingston: I think the pimp would be our target.
