MSNBC’s Dylan Ratigan used to be on a show called “Fast Money” before he caught on that Wall Street’s big bankers were playing the people while they “paid themselves billions of dollars,” as he tells Stephen Colbert in this clip. Colbert, meanwhile, is relatively unimpressed by Ratigan’s rather obvious epiphany and wonders aloud, “Did you eat paint chips as a child?” –KA
