In case you missed it, here’s Noam Chomsky in October addressing the assertion by a member of the 9/11 Truth movement that the Bush administration was involved in the attacks and that the “facts” about Building 7 constitute the smoking gun.

Chomsky’s response boils down to the recognition that those claiming irregularities in the collapse of one of the buildings felled on Sept. 11, 2001, are not going about their inquiry as scientists do — by approaching other scientists with their hypothesis and testing the soundness of their claims with the scientific method as their common guide. Also, there is simply no evidence the Bush administration was involved, he says.
