As we careen toward the Iowa caucuses on Monday, Truthdig Editor-in-Chief Robert Scheer and the other “Left, Right & Center” panelists take on the missing-in-debate-action candidate, Donald Trump, and his chances of clinching a Republican win in the Hawkeye State. Even Scheer — a Bernie Sanders supporter — says Trump has had some reasonable things to say but that if you compare another presidential demagogue to the GOP of today, “Nixon would seem like some wild liberal.”
Scheer is joined by Josh Barro of The New York Times moderating from the center, Rich Lowry of the National Review on the right, and special guest A.J. Delgado, a conservative columnist and lawyer.
