So far no one has fessed up to firing the shots that killed Tillman. One report stated that three bullet hit him in the forehead and were all spaced within the size of a 50 cent piece. This would indicate very up close automatic fire or someone firing a gun from a very stable position such as a Squad auto weapon mounted on a Humvee. His brother was in the same outfit and would later testify in front of Congress about how they had mislead him. The telling thing about his testimony was that they had an officer dressed in all his finery directly behind him as a minder not to be too accusatory. The Military bigwigs are quite like corporate bigwigs; lie like Hell if it helps to escape charges of incompetence, stupidity, and corruption.

Pat Tillman’s death was very unfortunate. What is not surprising is how officer’s like General “Doug” Brown got away with the cover-up. This investigation needs to be reopened under this new administration. Brown should have been focused on soldier systems at SOCOM, instead he was focused on aviation systems. He got rid of the best PEO SOCOM ever had and prosecuted him because he was stealing business from his Aviation Hall of Fame friend, Lou Hennies. Now, there is new information about the prosecutor in the Spellissy case, he is under investigation by the Justice Department for perjury. Connect the dots between prosecutor O’Neill, Congressman Young, General Brown, General Hennies and you get the picture. This story is coming full circle. Perhaps the first post in this blog is true, if the Rangers had blue force tracking, maybe, Pat would be alive.

This ranger could have saved the late Pat Tillman’s life. We believe that a huge miscarriage of justice has occurred in the case against retired Col. Tom Spellissy. We also believe that political pressure was put upon Bobby O’Neal by Bill Young in this case. Please visit our website at http://www.fight4spellissy.com to view the live story by Channel 10 news concerning Tom Spellissy’s case and the referance to Pat Tillman. Thank you for your attention to this matter

I remember hearing that Mr. Tillman had died, and thought oh how sad, another young man bites the dust in this baloney war. I was unaware of all this damned lying! My goddess, are we at 3 versions given by the govt. now? Bushco., other than being the worst kind of brainless war hawks, can’t even lie competently. Well, part of that is all the competent and caring people got out because they knew what was in store, and they put in all the booolickers that helped him win. This is truly incredible. I think the final layer is fragging, right? He was fragged. Poor beautiful kid - he’d a been a good tough SOB in this world. God bless him and his family.

Now if people can believe that the government is heartless and evil enough to do this, why is it a story of conspiracy that the SAME government would not be able to blow up the twin towers???? Its PURE EVIL in office since 1913 (Banks took over the government). Its just getting less careful under Bush. Mostly because of the internet.

Report thisPat Tillman was undercover and shot in the apartments at the OAKS OF FOREST HILLS when he attempted to investigate and find out why a forgein military operation was oppressing a 9-11-01 witness.
He was taken aside and off guard at the polite black woman who shot him in the chest ... a single shot rang out..
Other Rangers were drown in bathtub interrogations, and then when their bodies were sent home, their families were lied to and told they were killed in IRAQ.. no one was the more aware of a homeland invasion that is growing..
the Silence of the US government on this is deafening..
Why not disclose the truth about how he died.. in any case he was a hero.. and taken alone in an unexpected situation in a Chicago suburban apt.

To Ann White…thank you.
I am an American and a Muslim. I can’t begin to tell you the bafflement and frustration our entire community has. No one EVER talks seriously about how we attacked this sovereign, INNOCENT nation based upon calculated, fabricated, vicious falsehoods of 9/11. That our government behaved and is still acting in a truly criminal framework.
No one EVER talks about how Muslims are being maligned, demonized everywhere with the most simplistic answers to the most complex questions of global actions, foreign policy, true intent and the cause and effect principal of these human actions.
I get sick listening to the evening news beginning every night with some poor soldier or Marine coming home to his family in a bag or a box before a baby is born or before they had a chance to finish college, or marry or start their lives.
I get sick that NO ONE is willing to report the statistics from Amnesty International that we have murdered in actuallity 600,000 Iraqi’s, not 60,000 with countless wounded, homeless. We are such a self centered and hypcritical nation that refuses to accept the possiblity that we are not always the good guys with the white hats. And we offer up these upstanding, young people full of life’s potential to sacrifice themselves on the false alter of “defending their country and blind patriotism.”
Thanks to all of you who are willing to see, not only look.
Kindest regards.

It is way past the time for Americans to speak up. This includes everyday occurances. For example, local political meetings where the public are allowed to attend but are not allowed to applaud or boo if they wish without being threatened with expulsion or looked upon as ” emotional nuts “. Be an emotional nut! cry, scream throw rotten eggs(as I did as a child in Scotland) and teach your children to stick up for the underdog!

To Kevin and your wonderful family: The decent Americans left in this country offer you our deepest sympathies. I teach college English courses in which I attempt to support my democratic society by teaching my students to become critical thinkers who will never again support the corrupt slime now running our great country. (Sometimes it seems as if the last several generations grew up teething on lead paint lids.) You have only to look at some of the embarassingly snide, arrogant, cynical, and
Report thisindecent remarks posted as comments in this website to understand those supporting the disgustingly corrupt society which would send its courageous youth to a war meant to enrich the rich on the innocent blood of Americans and civilians who are only reacting as we would if our country were invaded. My students are examining the Geneva Conventions and reading many points of view of Bush’s claim that he has special rights to torture. Anyone who buys his arrogant assumptions no longer has the right to call himself or herself an arbiter of good and evil; Bush has moved away from the side of the angels and dragged us all into his own personal hell with him. I don’t know what god is talking to him, but it is not the Christian God. All of you who are reading this, I challenge you to reassert the real American ideals in whatever walk of life you exist. This is our way of showing our patriotism. Successfully free people don’t do what they are told; they do what they think is right according the the Golden Rule. You fundamentalist jerks who would force your opinions on others, just shut the heck up; we are sick of you. Why don’t you consider for just a minute what your life would be like if another religion seized control of our nation and you were forced to live under its dictates. God bless you, Tillmans. I know that in the greater scheme of things, your brother did not die in vain; your sacrifice shames the cowards who “cut and run” when they were avoiding serving their country. As to Iraq, when we find ourselves deep in a hole, we should quit digging.

Pat Tillman’s death is one of those stories that gets fishier the deeper one looks. We did a piece on it last fall, following the SF Chronicle report. (http://dvmx.com/pat_tillman_death.html).
Report thisRecently, in a personal communication, Professor Chomsky confirmed to me that Tillman’s family had indeed arranged the meeting mentioned in the Chronicle piece.

I’m so sorry for Pat Tillman, his family, and all the other soldiers, and reporters, and aid workers and their families who have sacrificed so much, for a war based on lies. As John Kerry said, “Who will be the last man to die for a mistake?”
The only way we as a nation, can ever heal and rebuild, is to confront the falsity of the WMD allegations and admit we attacked Iraq, a country which had nothing to do with 9/11, based on lies sold to us by the Bush administration.
Moderates who equivocate by saying, ‘I voted for the war, but the intelligence was flawed,’ are not bringing sufficient clarity nor honesty to the discussion.
My feeling on the ‘friendly fire’ incident which took Pat Tillman’s life, is that he was shot by his fellow soldiers because he no longer supported the BushCo agenda and had expressed an interest in meeting Noam Chomsky, a critic of the Bush administration.

To: Mr. and Mrs. Tillman
I totally understand your feelings relative to what has happened with all of the “army lies”. Further, because of what did happen to YOU, along with other items relative to RANGERS…...I NO longer trust anything that they do or say. NOTHING. If my son were to die tomorrow I would hire Dr. LEE.
I firmly believe as witnessed in the past myself, certain ” high level commanders ” of Army Rangers are NEGLIGENT to the point of risking death of the elite soldiers. The individual who was at base operations in Afghanistan and made the decision to “SPILT THE GROUP UP ” should be :
Charged with MURDER, INCOMPETENT LEADERSHIP, NEGLIGENT DECISIONS.
The little soldiers GUYS were following orders. The West Point soldier in the field tried to “MAKE” the central command understand that he was AGAINST SPILTING THE GROUP UP. He pushed this button 3 times….BUT no the “high level commander” wouldn’t listen.
Full well knowing how this group is set up:
I’ll lay odds that it was the high level commanders that conspired the COVER_UP. Look to the Commander located at the “Central Command Post”.
I’m sorry for your loss. Additionally, I’m sorry for the pains this “COVER YOUR BUTT” Ranger Leadership style has brought to many families, incuding the ones that have died in the USA at bases!
Report thisSincerely,
Soldier’s Mom
