The world’s chemical watchdog Tuesday denied a report by the Syrian government that investigators and their drivers on a fact-finding mission were kidnapped, saying the group was “safe” and returning to base after an attack.
At a town hall meeting in Arizona on Thursday, one of Sen. John McCain’s constituents stood up to plead with him not to try to solve Syria’s conflict with bombs, but rather with diplomacy.
