San Francisco to Ban Plastic Bags

Bad News From Global Warming Experts

The most authoritative climate change panel, with 2,500 scientists from 130 countries, is expected to project the biggest change in average temperatures in thousands of years. California Sues Auto Industry

California Attorney General Bill Lockyer went after the six biggest U.S. and Japanese automakers on Wednesday, filing a lawsuit that cites greenhouse gas emissions as a public nuisance.  Lockyer blamed the carmakers for millions of dollars worth of damage, and said he was out to get the taxpayers’ money back.
