Blizzard Triggers Meteorologist Meltdown

An excitable meteorologist by the name of Jeff Kosek, who delivers weather reports for AccuWeather.com, got a little worked up over the blizzard conditions in the nation’s Northeast. However, his unique delivery style, albeit perplexing, didn’t cost him his job, as an amused Keith Olbermann reports in this clip from Wednesday’s “Countdown.”

Congress Has a Snow Day

Thanks to the lousy weather pummeling the nation’s capital, Congress is taking some time off. The House canceled all business pending bluer skies, while the Senate convened for a whole five minutes Monday. As of this posting, there is a 100 percent chance of snow in the forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday.
