Granted, Fox News’ target demographic is probably not too terribly current when it comes to understanding contemporary pop cultural references and practices, but Fox she-anchor E.D. Hill went above and beyond the call of ridiculousness by calling Barack and Michelle Obama’s fist pound a “terrorist fist jab.” Really, E.D.?

Clinton strategist turned Fox News provocateur Dick Morris brought his peculiar insight to bear on the Hillary Clinton/Barack Obama showdown, claiming: “Obama is in fact a better first than she is. The Illinois senator chastised his colleagues for leaving the evangelicals to the Republicans.
Electorally, he may be correct, but no self-respecting progressive should be fooled. On the whole, evangelicals are the most regressive people in the country. Just look at the hatred and intolerance they’ve made central to the Republican Party.
