Will Ford is a graduate of Middlebury College where he majored in East Asian Studies and minored in Environmental Studies. He has worked as an interpreter during the Beijing Olympics, a researcher for environmental NGOs in China, and has studied the Chinese environmental movement on an Andrew Mellon Grant. He has studied Chinese at School Year Abroad and Middlebury’s C.V. Starr School Abroad in Beijing. He will be writing and studying in Beijing in the upcoming year at Berkeley’s Inter-University Program for Chinese Language Studies.
