Clara Romeo

Originally from California, Clara Romeo is an honor student majoring in English and sociology at Howard University in Washington, D.C. Her main interest is journalism and she is the editor of Sterling Notes, a literary publication of the university’s English department. Romeo is also passionate about anthropology, as she has worked with the Nicodemus collection, an exhibition that will be a permanent part of the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture. She is honored to be a part of the Truthdig team!
