Born in London, Simon Lewis is a Los Angeles film and television producer and writer, whose Hollywood experience includes as manager of writers and directors for Blake Edwards Entertainment, and as producer of movies including Look Who’s Talking; an Emmy award-winning film for HBO; variety specials starring Howie Mandel, and critically acclaimed independent works such as The Chocolate War. He writes on topics of medical interest and continues to champion the potential of modern medicine and the human mind.

Amongst leaders of the medical community who have invited Simon to speak, are the Immediate Past President of the American Rehabilitation Providers Association, who heads Congressional lobbying for the care of returning veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan where brain trauma is the signature injury; the Annual Neurotech Leaders Forum before an international audience; and a pending interview by the magazine distributed to the disabled population of the southeastern United States.

Since his recovery, Simon has built new Hollywood relationships, including production companies for Oprah Winfrey; Dr. Phil; NBC medical reporter Dr. Bruce Hensel; CNN Chief Medical Correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta; Maury Povich; Deepak Chopra and Charlie Rose.
